Tony Stroud DMS RMC MNZSC • Senior Advisor

Tony originally qualified as an Aeronautical Engineer in the United Kingdom before turning his attention to the fire safety industry. Prior to training as an Evacuation Specialist with the Fire Service, he attained a postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) which is the precursor to the MBA program at the London Business School. Working in the Caribbean and Latin America for several years, he then emigrated to New Zealand.

He is the International Technical Advisor and New Zealand representive for the World Fire Safety Foundation. Tony was the first person to attain registration as a Management Consultant in New Zealand through the New Zealand Safety Council.

Penny Stroud • Finance Administrator

Penny is an experienced business operator specializing in support services. Since the inception of Fire Evacuation Specialists Limited she has managed the company’s financials and daily running of the office.

Her career background involved training as a State Registered Nurse at St. George's Hospital in London, United Kingdom.  This training has been an advantage in tackling the health and safety aspects of Fire Evacuation Specialists.

 

Sarah Stroud BSocSci MCPA • Regional Manager

Formerly trained in New Zealand, Sarah’s managerial experience and qualifications in behavioural psychology led her into a marketing career with one of the largest processing companies in the United Kingdom. Since her return to New Zealand she has worked in various corporate, educational and arts institutions whilst completing her Masters degree.

Along with her colleagues, Sarah believes that knowledge, prevention and training are the keys to understanding the nature of fire and working with clients to successfully achieve best practice within the workplace.
